Submit a request at least one month before payment is needed via Cash Advance Request Form

• Only the P.I. may submit this request
• The Post-Award Research Coordinator should be entered as the "Contact Person" on the Research Cash Advance Request. This will allow the Post-Award Research Coordinator to assist with preparing and reconciling the cash advance request.
• Reconciliation is required 30 days after the use of funds "end date" as shown on the research cash advance request.
