Please allow the appropriate lead time if a company needs to be made a Vendor. Texas State will not reimburse PIs for “professional services” that are paid for personally.

International Grant travel is processed using Texas State’s standard travel mechanisms. [Minimum 1 month before travel occurs]

RESEARCH CASH ADVANCES:

Research Cash Advances are processed using the Research Cash Advance online system. They require IRB approval attached to the request. [10 business days before funds needed]

BUDGET ASSISTANCE:

Minor Budget Adjustments [Minimum 3 days before needed]

FACULTY INCENTIVE:

Faculty Incentive Request (August 1 for Fall; January 5 for Spring). All workload buyouts must be approved by the department prior to the submission of the incentive request. Please review Faculty Incentive Compensation for more information.

Note: Post-award coordinator will send PIs/Co-PIs a reminder 2-3 weeks before fall and spring deadline.
