Continuous Improvement

Continuous improvement is a process of identifying a problem of practice, gathering and analyzing appropriate data, and making small changes to improve programs or processes. The overarching goal of continuous improvement is to ensure graduates of our program are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to pursue a career in education.
