Joya Konieczny

Joya has a passion for educating students about the resources available to them and providing the clear direction and encouragement needed for them to be successful.  She is committed to the continuous improvement of advising services offered by the Advising Center and to the professional growth and development of her staff.

She was born and raised in Bastrop, Texas; loves Mexican food and being outdoors; and enjoys spending as much time as possible with her two young children Summer Joy and Solomon, her husband Cory who is also a proud Bobcat Alum, and their dog Camper.
