Krystal Cantú Cossey 

Mrs. Cantú Cossey leads the 1st generation efforts of Inclusive Excellence as the Grant Director for Upward Bound-San Marcos. She earned a degree in Spanish-Bilingual Education from St. Edward's University and brings the division a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of Educational Leadership. Over the past 20 years, she has worked at several educational institutions and organizations including Austin ISD, The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area and Breakthrough Central Texas, where she focused on providing opportunities for those who have been systematically marginalized.
