Research Enhancement Program ^{deadline falls in early October} The Research Enhancement Program is an internally funded grant competition that provides support for scholarly and creative activities. All Texas State full-time tenured and tenure-track faculty are eligible to apply, and Senior Lecturers may participate as co-investigators. Proposals are submitted online and due in early October. Bobcat JEDI program J.E.D.I. = Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion This program offers faculty and staff the opportunity to build competencies that will support a more inclusive environment at Texas State.  The J.E.D.I. Program will include courses related to diversity, inclusion, multiculturalism, ability, social justice, and equity. Participants will be able to participate in courses that are offered throughout the year and online. International Research Accelerator (DATE TBD) The purpose of the IRA program is to accelerate research that will help achieve two or more of the following outcomes (more competitive proposals will link to multiple areas): Securing additional funding (U.S. based grants or international funds); Publication in peer-reviewed journal; Sustain and enhance partnership under a specific International Research Agreement; Increase student involvement in undergraduate or graduate research; Increase study abroad or research abroad opportunities; Conduct research that has an impact on a real-world problem; Conduct research that has an impact on underrepresented student and/or faculty populations.
