Website Change and Update Request Form

This form is for faculty and staff of the College of Education ONLY. 

  • Due to limited resources and depending on the volume of submissions, timeliness, deadlines, and subject of content, we will do our best to fulfill requests.
  • Please note that requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and attended to in the order we receive them.
  • Please allow for a minimum one-week turnaround time for all website requests.
  • Due to a recent increase in website requests, we are NOT accepting requests to change department or office pages from the Gato to Calico template. If this is something that you need, please consult with your department's system support specialist.
