Exercise & Sports Science
The Exercise & Sports Science undergraduate program includes a major in Health & Fitness Management and a major in Exercise & Sports Science with three concentrations: Pre-Rehabilitation Sciences, Clinical Exercise Science, and All-Level Physical Education Certification.
Public Health
Bachelor of Science in Public Health prepares students to use specialized knowledge and skills for disease prevention, epidemiology, environmental health, health disparities, health communications, social marketing, behavior science, and health program planning.
Recreation Studies
Recreation Studies, provides programs and services which improve overall quality of life. Through coursework, you will learn to design, implement, and evaluate recreation programs, and develop those skills through course related hands-on recreation experiences.
Physical Fitness & Wellness
Extensive research has documented strong associations between physical activity/exercise and cognitive performance, physical performance, disease prevention, and a reduction in all-cause mortality.
